Payroll Processing
We are partnered with Gusto, QBO, and ADP for our payroll services. While we don’t make much on them, we offer them as it’s very convenient for our clients. Getting the payroll done right may seem easy but looks can be deceiving. As a bookkeeper service, we’ve seen many mistakes being made in the payroll process, especially with the handling of health insurance, HSA contributions, and retirement as there are special rules and regulations for greater-than-2% S Corp shareholders.
Bookkeeping Service Fees
Bookkeeping fees are dependent on the number of bank accounts and the number of monthly transactions. A custom quote is available for you if your business has more moving parts such as third-party integrations (POS, time billing), an accrual accounting method, extensive benefit packages, or industry specific matters (e.g, job costing in construction).
